"Racist Employees"Daughter tried to get car out of Steve's impound lot on Jan 31. Office women refused and made racist remarks to her about her father in law.
Father in law tried to get the car out on Feb 2 & they told him if he came back, they'd have him deported. (He's a legal citizen and the car was in his name!)
Daughter went back on Feb 13 & found out that the car had been thrashed while parked in...

"I was blown away ...."I needed my truck fixed but also couldn't go all weekend without transportation so when the office girl asked me if I need a car for weekend of course I asked how much extra that would be and she said just put the gas you need to get around. .. Well it was a life saver because I would have had to rent a car for the weekend.. my car wasn't even fixed yet and they saved me about $120.00.......

"DOESNT STAND BY HIS WORK OR WORD"took my truck in march to this joker. he didnt do anything but take my $1900.00 and run. this was a ongoing issue. he offered to 'look at my truck at his hourly shop rate". he never fixed it. im out the money but have detroit gears and lockers for sale if anyones interested. it would have been 1 thing if he would have fixed the issue AND NOT try to recharge me for a job unfinished. doesnt...

"Shop around "They made promises that they eventually kept, but not until after consistantly harrassing them once a week for almost three months.
Now there are problems with the car - we'll see if it'll get fixed or if they sold me a lemon. AND they have my trade in for sale for more than I paid for it a year ago! And of course, they didn't give me near that in the trade in value - buy at your own risk and...
