"Worst Experience EVER!"Don't ever, EVER take your car here to have work done! My car was in immaculate condition when I brought it in to Daniel Hancock. When I brought him my car to have the drivers side window fixed he told me it was going to be $700.00. I agreed to the price and they went to work. 3 weeks and $1500 later (that I NEVER agreed to) my car is in PIECES and they are claiming it needs $2000 more...

"poor service"he might be back, but his service stinks. told me i could pick up my shaft at 3. door was locked, no one was there. called a number that went to a shop who said he bought the business a year ago. i will try the guy on 32nd st next time. the guy on mcdowell rd might be the original dick's driveshaft, maybe he should have stayed closed. bad service, won't go back.

"oh what a bad experience"well they had my car and were fixing a part in it, but supposedly before when i bought the car they had replaced everything in it. well since i have had the car they have had it more then me because they didn't fix it. they lied. also this time they have had it for three weeks and tried to get me to pay for the repairs when obviously it was their fault and they are not following through...

"The WORST place to take your vehicle!"I went in to ask for an estimate and was told my repairs would cost $1395. When I went to get my truck they gave me a bill for over $2200! ...and the transmission still whined! I was told I could not have my truck back unless I signed the invoice which obligated me to a line of credit to pay the $2200. Bottom line, they lied to me and overcharged me. The manager Steven R.
