"They will take your money, watch out!!!!!"The bank is a necessary evil, this I know. Chase is a nightmare. Period. The staff is poorly trained and not very helpful. Online bill pay will cost you even when they say it is free*. Note the astreisk next to free. I had too many bank errors for comfort, and happily switched to a credit union. Chase is the WORST!!!
