"horrible customer service"Sold a gift card with "Teakwoods Tavern" on it that is only good at their location (which is not printed on the card). I went to another location where they told me it was not their gift card. Went back to this Teakwoods and manager blamed me for going to the wrong restaurant. I asked for the $25 in exchange for the card worth that amount, and he refused. He can take the $25 for the gift card...

"AVOID!!!"I JUST HAD LUNCH THERE, AND IT WAS NOT WORTH THE $18 FOR 2 BURGERS AND FRYS!!!! I WOULD RATHER EAT AT THE ONE ON BETHANY WHICH IS OWNED BY SOMEONE ELSE, AND MAKES THEM 100% BETTER! HARVEY'S ALSO HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON.

Just because the name of the place involves martinis does not make it the place to go for said cocktail... the joint is better suited to Long Island ice teas & long neck Buds. Very disappointed in the atmosphere, to say nothing of the vile martinis we had. If you are looking for a noxious, sweaty club, then this is the place for you. If you are looking for fine...

"Yikes!!"I ONLY go here to hear my friends play! This place sucks...oh wait they have cheap beer! It is as dark as a closet...the DJ's music is muffled and EXTREMLEY loud! They have 2 pool tables and dart boards. I only have gone on Thursday nights which is Hickabilly night, so everyone is dressed from the 50's. I dont recommend this place at all.
