POOR JOB CHARGE TO MUCH AND TAKE FOREVER THIS IS THE LAST PERSON I WOULD CALL FOR AN EMERGENCY!!!

Yuck! DON'T SHOP HERE! This place smells on the inside, its always too hot in the warmer months because the owner doesnt use the AC and speaking of the owner, he is a swindling little roach who sells cheap, worthless rugs at inflated prices. This place is the pits!

I give up!I love the idea of zero rez and they have saved me after an emergency spills. However, whenever I schedule a regular cleaning I am so disappointed. This time I booked way ahead when the day was empty. I wanted the carpet clean and dry for a party. The scheduler told me that I would have a morning window of time and that she would make a note that I requested first appointment. This morning I checked on appointment time and was told that the guy would be right over after a quick estimate. Instead of showing up near the first appointment at 9 am, the cleaner arrived at around 1:30. He quickly told me that he was sorry about the mix up and since it had happened he would deep clean my carpets in the three rooms and only charge me for one --$60. I thought that was fair and I thanked him. When he was done my bill was about $100 more than I was told at reservation! One part was a duplicate and the rest was $60 EXTRA that I was charged for deep cleaning

Please Read And Save Your Money! The slider door leaks like a waterfall when it rains. The foundation is cracking and bugs are coming in (centipedes, ants and pill bugs). The counters are all pulling away from the walls. There are cracks in the walls. When we walked through before we move in, there was no carpeting down yet, and after we moved in, you could feel the debris on the floor that they never bothered to sweep up before they laid down the carpet. You can also see where all that debris is discoloring the carpet. They left bare drywall in some areas and said they were too busy to finish it. The faucets and shower heads were not properly installed. Also too busy to take care of that. Thank God we are fairly handy people. Our electric meter was crossed with our neighbors. We didn't have blinds for two weeks until after we moved in. We loose power all the time. I could go on and on. There was a point too when the neighbors above us toilet leaked and they were told not to use it, and they did and it leaked into our bathroom. We were literally being crapped on. Also when we moved in we were told that we would never hear our neighbors, and it sounds literally like they are going to come through our ceiling. Pictures have shaken off the walls, that is how bad the noise and vibration is. Also, there is a electrical problem. We blow through light bulbs all the time. We literally replace all of the light bulbs through out the kitchen, hall way and bedroom at least once a week. I would not live in a piece of lombardo construction if it was given to me and I am being completely sincere. This is the most shotty construction I have ever seen. The management could use some training on customer relations as well, but I will save them the embarrassment and not get into that. Trust me. I know your looking for a great place for your family. This place could be potentially dangerous with the water damage. Think black mold. Please save your money. Rent a house or something. This place is far from worth it

I was totally not prepared for this company. Over the phone i was given an estimate of approximately 45.00 per room and when he arrived i was told that it would cost me 299.00. He wrote up his report as if my carpet was heavily soiled with many permanent stains. my carpet is only a year old, we have no pets, and has small spots around the table. After debating both the price and the condition of the carpet he agreed to do it for only 198.00. When he was done i had wet carpet and the same dirty spots that i started with. after he left i went to the store and picked up a can of Resolve and the spots came right up. As if i wasn't upset enough...they used my water and my electricity to do the job. the machine was using so much energy that it caused my breaker to go out about 5-6 times. I would not recommend them to anyone!
