I lost the keys to my car and was late for work. I was told I was going to have to be towed to the dealership to get new keys made. After calling 5 other places, I decided to call Advanced Lock Service. Eric came to house and made new keys for me and I was back on the road in under an hour. They take AAA too, so my out of pocket cost was less than 1/2 of what other locksmiths in town were going to charge me. Plus, since they have the backing of AAA I knew I was going to get professional service. I should have made Advanced Lock my FIRST call.

I contacted this locksmith based on a recommendation and the reviews thinking, "oh good a reliable business." Boy was I wrong. They never showed up for the appointment......THREE TIMES!!! The first time it appeared an honest mistake about what Monday the appointment was for but then they never showed up for the two re-schedules either. They completely wasted everyone's time.

I was quoted a fair price to come out and unlock my truck. And after he opened it, it was the same price as quoted. Thanks Advanced lock.
