I called the store and asked if there was a possibility of delivery the same day at 1:45 pm, the woman just stated 'no...it's too late'. She didn't even ask where the delivery was, and it was only 1 block from their store. There was absolutely no customer service considered in this instance. Would never call the store again.

I live in Los Angeles and wanted to send flowers right away to someone in Phoenix. I called Allens Flowers and the salesperson who answered the phone was very helpful and cheerful ! ! She described what they had available and even waited on the phone while I looked up a certain plant on-line to see what it looked like. I like that she talked to me like a friend, not just another customer. And their prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend this shop!

I have ordered flowers from them for numerous occasions and have always been very pleased with the quality of service. The presentation is appealing and pleasing to eyes. They take good care of the color coordination??s and have bouquets to suit every need and budget. The flowers from here make lovely gifts and are much appreciated by all.

for my sisters wedding i was in charge of the flowers and the arrangements and i decided to leave it all up to allens flowers.they had a loarge collection of flowers of good quality.they put together a great floral arrangements and also bouquets.the prices that they charge are very reasonable.

A very centrally located florist, located just across the Street from St. Joe's hospital, has wonderful fresh flowers and beaultiful arrangemetns made to order.
