Needs a Remodel and not worth the $$
I took my mom to this spa for her birthday. We were ready for a relaxing and tranquil experience at a very expensive and what we thought was one of the best spas in Scottsdale. Boy were we surprised! You enter the spa from the public pool area (not tranquil), the women's locker rooms were dingey, crowded, and had several broken sinks, you wait in a busy "holding area" between treatments, and to top it all off, the spa shares entrances and hallways with the busy gym. My advice: save your $$$ and go to a more upscale and relaxing spa.

Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa by georgia s. at InsiderPages
There are several pools here and they all appear to be well-maintained. The cabanas have TVs! So awesome! I didn't really like the spa treatment here. Architecture and decor though was amazing. Staff was great and courteous. The restaurants were exceptional. If you plan to stay here, I suggest you to get a cottage room.

Amazing experience! by rebecca m. at InsiderPages
Everyone should stay at the Biltmore atleast once! You literally feel like a QUEEN (or king as the case may be). You are greeted with such a pleasant staff that is really willing to make your every desire come true. The rooms feel like a dream - so comfortable and luxurious. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the atmosphere is so vacation-y you really feel MILES away from home even if you're a local. The Biltmore is a must stay!

Arizona Biltmore
We stayed recently at the Biltmore and found the spa, the main lobby and the view to be the strong points.
Our room was in the main building and directly overlooked a large interior courtyard. The Biltmore is a destination for large business meetings. Large corporate tents and large groups of people in dockers pants and polo shirts congregate in the courtyard for their evening functions.

Adjoining the courtyard is a seating area. The visitors will sit in the seating area, drink adult beverages and tell stories that business people tell when required to gather on an annual basis.

So.....If you are seeking a quiet, intimate getaway where manuevering between business travelers and not being able to get a quiet rest because of the "noise" from downstairs is not your thing, I'd suggest looking elseware.....but if you like this sort of thing, the Biltmore is your place...
