I have never found a doctor as understanding since Dr. Mary Merkel at the Spine Institute. Dr. Grove listens to everything and discusses the possibilities. He cares about the patient. He wants you to have a say in what will happen.

There were 3 people in line to check in and the office staff was too concerned about getting their McDonald's food ordered. The doctor and the PA were absolutely wonderful. Unfortuanately, this place has high tech procedures but expects you to pay $1000's of dollars out of pocket with no payment plan, no help, nothing. I beginning to think natural remedies are the way to go.
