This is a wonderful and organized flower shop. I've been going to this flower shop for years and they do the best arrangements, anything from funeral, to birthdays even get well bouquets. i truly am a regular customer that will keep retuning to this shop.

I placed an order that they never delivered. Six days after the delivery date I embarrassingly found out that my gift never arrived. When I called to enquire about it, I was treated very rudely. They claim they contacted me by phone and email to tell me I should find a florist in Tucson (the deliver to location) because it is too far from them. Firstly, I don't believe them because I never got a voice mail or email. Secondly, I suggested that their website should not have accepted the order if they don't deliver to Tucson. She kept saying well they accept orders "from" anywhere, and that things were difficult because I am in Connecticut. She seemed unable to understand the difference between my location and the location where the flowers are supposed to be delivered to. I was very polite the entire time, and cannot understand why a business person would have such a negative attitude to her own mistake. To top it all off, she hung up on me! I decided to drive across town to see this flower shop because they do so much advertising. Let me tell you, it is a dump. Not only is the location terrible, but their flowers were awful. I saw some designs and they look like a 5th grader had done them. No wonder all they did is show me a book. There is no imagination or style. I would never recomend them to anyone, at least not if you want something that doesn't look like it came from Walmart.‎
