I PERSONALL LOVE ARROWHEAD PEDIATRICS.DR HOFF HAS BEEN MY DAUGHTER DOCTOR SINCE SHE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND I LOVE HER. ALL THE OTHER STAFF ARE VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL..THERE WAS MANY TIMES ME AND MY HUSBAND NEEDED TO BE SEEN ASAP BECAUSE OF WORK AND THEY ALWAYS SEEN US IMMEDIATELY! I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE IVE YET TO HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE.

i have been taking my kids to this dr.s office for years now and i like the office staff who are always very busy but very curteous and take time to schedule appts around my schedule. anytime my children have been sick i have been able to get them in on the same day. i like the fact that they have a split office to keep the sick children and healthy children seperated so illnesses will not be spread so easily. the one problem i do have is with dr. berman. i found him to be extremely rude and disinterested in my children even going as far as to tell one of my children to lose some of that fat. my son is slightly overweight but also has self esteem issues, there are ways to talk to a child. dr. berman explained that he was in some pain because he had a back surgery earlier that day and he was not in a good mood. i'm sorry but i did not bring my child to the dr. to deal with dr. berman's personal problems, maybe he should have stayed home from work that day. maybe he should stay home from this practice altogether? his bedside manner is awful and although i would recommend this pediatric office i would say to schedule with any other dr. that works there.

It has never before occured to me to review my insurance EOB's but I did, and would you know it THREE TIMES IN 8 MONTHS they had incorrectly billed my insurance and also left me with the remainder of the bill. I attempted to fix this issue, Arrowhead Pediatrics said for me to talk to my insurance because they billed right, my insurance stated they billed incorrectly & redirected me back to Arrowhead to instruct them regarding proper billing methods & codes. I asked for them to please speak directly to my insurance carrier which they refused stating that their money is MY responsiblity to take care of and not theirs and to pay the visit out of my pocket before they put me into collections! IT'S THEIR BILLING ERROR! WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR INCORRECT BILLING CODE USAGE? The Office manager was rude, disrespectful and threatening towards me. I had been a CONSUMER of this organization for MANY years, and entrusted them with my all my kids, and THIS is the treatment I deserve after years of dedicated services? Needless to say, I have transferred ALL of my childrens medical information to a different more proficient & competent provider with a positive pediatric background. I'd NEVER recommend this office to ANY parent for treatment of any child unless you want no direction for medical, specialist, or psychological resources and you want to pay for bills you should not have to pay for. I knew my child was ADHD and had speech delays since he was 3 years old, that office never gave me resources, specialists or possible support. Now he's 8 with severe educational delays and is in a special classroom, he's not stupid, & all because when I first addressed these issues with A/P 5 years ago, NONE of the doctor staff did a thing to lead me in the right direction! THANK YOU ARROWHEAD PEDIATRICS FOR YOUR IMCOMPETENCE, UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT & POOR BILLING PRACTICES, You have truly shown your true colors of what an incompetent office & staff is really like!

I was very impressed with the staff and facilities on our first visit for a well-check. Everyone was very nice and took the time to talk to you. Our second and third visit when our little girl was sick, it wasn't so great. The staff was very friendly, and we were seen promptly, but we feel that we weren't given the best care because of our insurance. Hopefully this was just an oversight and they were busy.

I love this dr.s office. Everytime i have needed to bring one of my kids in sick, i usually get an appointment the same day, within a few hours! My son loves Dr. Secaur, and Dr. Cabalona, also, Stephanie Boers. He wasnt impressed with Dr. Berman, I didnt especially like him either (and even less after he answered his cell phone in the middle of OUR appointment). I would recommend anyone going here to see Dr.'s
Secaur or Cabalona. The office environment is great, the murals make it less depressing when your kid is sick & not feeling well!
