I know this is a wierd type of review, but.........Joshua.... the owner I assume........was an Angel in disguise the other day. I was stuck on the side of Indian School near the 101 and have literally never change a flat tire in my life. So here I am with this flat tire and clueless, when this gentleman pulls over and tells me just to sit in the car so i don`t get hit. He replaced my tire with the spare and had me on the road in minutes. He wouldn`t take any money, and was so nice. I know this has nothing to do with his company but I just wanted to say thank you. I am glad there are still real men that are willing to help folks out.

I just wanted to say thank you for designing a plan that makes it easy for seniors like myself to afford to take care of my home on a budget. Ever since my Arthur passed late last year, I have found that their was a wealth of knowledge to maintaining your home, this takes care of so many aspects and allows me to have a piece of mind. The owner Joshua is such a doll, he is easy to talk to and speaks on a level in which i can understand easily. His service guys are very helpful and friendly too.

They saved us this year! They got us a new a/c and they did it fast.

I had recieved a phone call from my mother who lives in Phoenix, she was frantic and didn`t know who to call, she relies on me to help make decisions for her. I did my research and found Autumn Air to come highly recommended amongst a/c companies, they showed up on time as promised. I spoke with the owner Joshua and he assured me his men, were Nate Certified and I found them as an APS contractor, they showed up and found the only problem was the gas valve wasn`t turned on all the way. I love these guys for being honest and not taking advantage of a situation. They have earned my business and my moms for life. Good Job Joshua and Jason. Thank you for being so honest.

after paying 850.00 and waiting for a callback ((from 4 messages left )) i wrote a letter explaining my dissatisfaction & requested another service rep come to the house to assess the previous reps work.

The email i received from the owner of the organization (Joshua) was VERY unprofessional, rude & contained NO ownership of his organizations responsibilities.

Further, he offered NO suggestions for a remedy, resolution or apology for my dissatisfaction.

Day three....& i was still without working A/C ......in PHX. Does that sound like an organization you wish to do business with? One who's owner has no compassion or concern for its paying customers?
