Loved the food here!

I love their new location....Foods great...Help is great..King and Jamie are the the best waiter and waitress..The owner
is very nice and makes sure all the people he hires are first rate....As the food is also...

I went to Autumn Court with a few friends last week and was a little disapointed with the food. It was good but took a really long time. The waiter made up for the wait when he suggested this new sake they had. They made a really great tyku and gingerale cocktail for me and my friends. we had three by the time we got our meals. long story short.. the cocktails make up for the wait. I'll be heading back soon!!!

I called in an order for delivery. They are 5 minutes away. It was a Monday night, about 9:30 PM. They told me "40 to 50 minutes". I thought that was odd that it would take so long--they must be really busy for a Monday night! Turns out, they may have torn my order up or just decided to not deliver. The food never showed up. When I called back to check on my food at exactly 50 minutes, they didn't pick up. You would think that if they had trouble delivering food to a customer, they would pick up the phone if the same phone number calls back??? Obviously, they didn't care about me. I called back and was treated rudely by the person who answered the phone. They offered to cook the food and deliver it....24 hours late. I said "It better be free". They never showed up AGAIN. Obviously, they wanted to CHARGE ME FOR FOOD THAT WAS TO BE DELIVERED A DAY LATE! When I mentioned that I shouldn't be charged--well, you can see how they treated a customer. Save yourself pain and misery and get your cheap chinese food (that's ALL there is in PHX, folks) somewhere else, where they treat their customers better!

I called last night for delivery. I live a short 5 minute drive away. They told me it would be 40-50 minutes. After 50 minutes, they never showed up and I called the restaurant, but was put on voice mail. I never got my food. When I called back the next day, a delivery person (who didn't even deliver the food and wasn't there) gave me some story about how they tried to deliver the food and called, but there was no answer. I was home all night and nobody called. I think the delivery person didn't feel like delivering the food and either threw it away or ate it themselves. They then insulted me and tried to imply it was my fault--either I didn't know my own address or phone number. Idiots--AVOID IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE!!!!
