This is the worst service department I have ever been to. I have a 2011 Camry and the transmission is acting up . It only has 28,000 miles and is still under warranty. I went in for them to fix it the told me all 4 doors were replaced the hood was replaced and trunk was also replaced. I have never been an accident and I bought the car brand new. I try to tell them he told me he has been working for Toyota for 16 years and I know what I'm talking about. And was rude and didn't want to fix the problem.

I did not even get my car door closed before some guy was in my face. "What kind car are you looking for today" he said. My response, "just wanted to look around" he laughed and said we don't let let people just look around. I turn to leave and he did not say another word to me. My advice, don't waste your time.

I recently bought an used 2007 Silverado from Bell Road Toyota. I was helped a Salesman named Troy. Troy was very pleasant to work with and never lost his cool. I used to sell cars in the past so I know a little about tactics and whether or not I am gettin a fair deal. My wife and I were a little unreasonable and fought over price (they play their game I play mine). I had experienced rude salesmen at other dealerships a couple of days back. Salesman Troy was very patient and kept helping us even thought we negotiated more and more. The Manager was a little rude but it happens whenever you are not making a bunch of money on a deal, but made the deal happen. Which is what matters. I shopped around and I believe I got a fair deal at Bell Road Toyota. Finance Dept. not so friendly, seemed the gentleman got a little upset because I chose not to but the overpriced extended warranty and because I had my own financing and GAP insurance through my Credit Union. The staff in the back office. OUTSTANDING. My plates got to my house in like 10 days. I would buy from Bell Toyota again in the future. Sorry finance guy.

PURCHASED A 09 RAV 4 9/22/2009 AND FOUND THE SALESMAN ANTHONY DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE IT A VERY PLESANT EXPERICENCE. VERY SATISFIED ALL AROUND .

I went to buy a new car using the Costco program. Sales person Anthony said they did the Costco program.
I bought a new 2007 Camry and traded in my 2002 Camry with him. 4 days later Coscto called and they ARE NOT part of the program. I was not given the Costco price. They lied over and over again..I tried to get my trade in and check back but Joey K. told me I was unreasonable and it had been 4 days so there wasn't anything I could do about it. After filing a complaint with Costco, who will send them a legal letter for saying they were affliliated with them, and a Toyota corportate complaint, I'll be getting my car and check back.. Nobody there seemed to care about any of this until I filed a complaint.. Don't buy from Bell Road Toyota..Don't buy from Anthony or Joey K. Go to Larry Miller Toyota in Peoria. I bought my 2002 Camry from them using the Costco program and they will great and had good service for my car..
