Russell and Ray are new to the store and they treated me like family. They took me to pick my kids up from school while my car was being worked on.

Horrible!
Store will sell you what they need to hit sales numbers. Store manager is horrible to deal with. Not much experience. Wonder if the mechanics are competent enough, the management sure isnt.

SUPER BAD
I took my car in for an oil change that included my fluids topped off and tires rotated. When I drove my car there my transmission was fine, nothing wrong with it, when I got my car back, my transmission was slipping and I was out of transmission fluid! After going to auto zone and getting fluid my transmission still slips. So I called Big O back and they said they had nothing to do with it. I have a feeling they did something to my transmission. Anyways this Big O is a big NO NO.‎
