I have bought 3 vehicles from Bill Luke and get all my service work done here, and I have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been courteous and honest. One time after an oil change i developed an oil leak on my Jeep. I brought it back to them, they admitted a problem with the filter and replaced it for no charge and no hassle - they even washed my car! I have been to other quick lubes and have had problems and they basically just tell you to shove it. Its cheap too, my last oil change bill was like $20 total! Im surpised at some of the other reviews, i am always treated professionally at Bill Luke and will continue to bring my vehicles there (have been since 2002) - even through there are other dealers closer... btw, the restaurant onsite is fantastic - great idea!
