I recently discovered Brakes Plus as an economical place to have an oil change. Being a busy person, I enjoyed the quick service but noticed that the details of "service" were not overlooked due to expedience. I also witnessed the interaction with several other customers, and how detailed the Service Advisors were. They discussed simple processes to offer different solutions, which actually appeared to save the customers money! My advisor, Jaymes, was very polite and not over bearing for a female customer. Being a "car" person, I appreciated this because I have had shops try to force unnecessary service on me in the past. The shop was clean and comfortable. The service was perfect.‎

I really love this place - they take the time to explain everything to you; the problem, how they can fix it, different options/costs, etc. One time I went in for a routine maintenance and the guy pointed out that I had already done a lot of things recently, so he suggested a more inexpensive option so that I was not paying for services I didn not need. Now that's not something you would expect from a car shop! I've never felt like anyone has ever tried to take advantage of me, which is something I have felt at the dealer's auto shops and at other car shops.‎

I had wheel alignment done from this store... my car had a strange problem,, but the manager Dan was quick in finding out the exact problem..and did his job... I had a good experience with this store so far ...
