I was referred to Brookstone by a friend that said great things. It was really an amazing dental experience. Heather quickly introduced herself and welcomed me to the practice. Brittany came out into the waiting room and introduced herself. I think i got the best cleaning ive ever had. The whole staff seemed to stop by and say hello and introduce themselves. Was a very pleasant experience. They billed my insurance for me and gave me a nice welcoming gift. Very Professional and I didnt feel pressured , like i have at other dentists. Thanks

I had my first experience with a dentist in a very long time b/c the last dentist i went to was not what one would call "not a dentist in my best interest". I have never really been comforatable at a dentist office in the first place. WELL THINGS HAVE CHANGED!!! I found Brookstone Dental Care through a friend that told me they were amazing. WOW, i went into the office, was greeted immediated by a very nice young woman that helped me with my paperwork and was very friendly. I fealt very welcomed immediately. Within minutes the Hygienist came out into the waiting room and introduced herself with a great smile, told me she was happy that i was there and took my back to her room where I HONESTLY had the most complete and compfortable cleaning I have every Had. Its been a couple days and my teeth still feel sparkling clean. Dr. Goldring saw me for the exam and took the time to talk to me personally and get to know me and my dental history. I needed a lot of work! He broke it down into what was most important for me at that moment. I didnt feel overwhelmed, even though i did need a lot of work done. When I was walked up to the front I was introduced to the other office staff that was standing close by. They all had smiles and truly seemed happy to be working there. They offered my a good payment plan and told me i could start my work at "my pace" but told me what was most important. I got nice little welcoming gift. I really didnt feel pressured at all and actually scheduled my first dental procedure that i will have in many years.

I am glad my friend told me about you guys. What a great experience i had and i will definitely refer everyone i know to your office. Honestly, i was even offered a blanket and headphones so that i was more comfortable. ( i think they could tell that i was kinda nervous being at the dentist.
