I went to Carefree Yamaha and had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to get me the sales, service and parts that I needed. I wish every dealership had the customer service they have. It would make it so much easier to shop at all the other dealers. I don't know what dealership those other reveiw writers went into, but it was not that same one. Hats off to Carefree Yamaha.

I walked into this shop to purchase a motorcycle, found the one

I walked into this shop to purchase a motorcycle, found the one I wanted for me and my friend found one for him. we were ready to purchase and leave with the motorcycle, but were not even spoken to when we entered the store. however the individual who walked in behind us was greeted and helped. so I left with out even hearing a goodbye. I will not purchase anything from this store due to poor customer service.
