Fixed broken arm
Doctor was able to use pins to fix a broken arm versus putting my dog Iron down. It wasn't cheap, but well worth it. Glad they had options.

I would recommend them to anyone. Great services and outcome.

This place saved my catβ€Ž
I took my cat Jack here because he was very sick and Queen Creek Animal Clinic could not figure out what was wrong with him. The staff got me in right away and the Dr. really cared for my cat. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a pet, I really believe they care about the animals and they are not just in for the money. My cat Jack now has "the best vet" in the world...β€Ž

BEWARE!!! No caring heart......β€Ž
Ive moved my vet business else where... Caring hearts was not capable to come with a solid solution for my dogs entropion (lower-eyelids roll in) OR even KNOW that he has allergies too! (Even though I asked about that too at the first appointment! AND theyve seen him repeated times) I wish I read what JJ wrote about their surgery practices... first stitch ok... one came undone-- they retied and adhesived (later by NEW VET said that was technique issue). Second stitch... LOOSE stitch (did not stitch his eye tight so it rolled in when closed!! Tehcnician on call said cause of swelling there... later they said it was "out". IT WAS NOT OUT. I TOOK PHOTOS AND VIDEO). Second vet also said his other eye was ok. WHEN IT ROLLED IN WHEN CLOSED. They did a "no charge" for the FIX UP after the second vet stitched his one eye loose and did not know the other eye was needing to be stitched as well. This is when I thought they cared....... AFTERWARDS.... when the 1 of 2 stitches ...

I love this place! They are awesome!
Tonight was the second time I have had an emergency with one of my cats. They got me right in and helped me right away. The first time I went in my cat needed emergency surgery about 10 am on a Saturday morning. The staff worked overtime to fix my kitty up. They were also very forthcoming about the cost and helped me with making the best decisions for my financial situation and my pets health. Tonight I had another emergency with my cat and I could not have been happier with my service. They got us in, fixed us up and really took a lot of time to answer my questions. The doctor was wonderful and had a lot of patience with my endless questions. I told him right away that I was between paydays and this expense was not expected. He made sure to work with me and inform me of all the treatments and costs before hand. He also worked with me to cut costs. I would recommend this vet to anyone.β€Ž

Great Service Always!!!!
We have always been impressed with Dr. Schleappe and the staff at Caring Hearts. We have taken all of our pets there for care whether it be for check-ups and shots or true illness since they opened the new facility 7+years ago. ...
