I just had my carpet steam cleaned and was very pleased with the results. The carpet was installed a couple of years ago and some areas, especially those with heavy traffic, were particularly soiled and stained. I had some misgivings as this was the first time I was having my carpet steam cleaned and I was afraid the cleaning would wear down the fibers and cause the color to fade. Surprisingly, the steam cleaning is very thorough and removed even the toughest stains. My carpet now looks newer and has a more brilliant color than before.
