The individual I talked with was not a salesperson but in fact the individual who would actually wind up working on my truck he was honest and straight forward even when I couldn't get that from the dealership. He gave me a range for a price obviously depending on several variables which I was good with and he gave me a realistic time for completion. It was done on time and priced at the low end of the range quoted and I have not had any problems since. This was 18 months ago. Thanks
