Liars? Some are. Deceptive? YES YES YES
I've been trying to contact the owner to lodge complaints that neither management or other "managers" can seem to handle. Busted equipment, poor service, and.. I recently discovered.. I'm paying more than most other members, and management wants to charge me $40. per family member to "Switch membership plans", and then another $40. a month "annual charge" to get the "lower priced plan".
I'm going to find the owner by contacting the AZ Corp Commission, or other public entities that are required to release that information, and let him know what I think. Everyone protects him from the customer having a voice and sharing their displeasure, yet refuses to ensure customer satisfaction. What kind of owner hides behind his employees, who then can't seem to manage any form of customer satisfaction? The customer service hotline they give you don't return your call or admit that no resolution will be given. Can't even level with customers? TWO separate occasions I've called, and nobody has ever responded. Why even bother?
POOR business practices, and really crappy treatment for loyal customers at the Camelback Rd. location. BOOOO.
