I had a great experience at ganem. We shopped around other stores, and the other stores didn't have a good selection, like Ganem. The salesman who helped us was very helpful, and everyone was friends. I felt like part of the family when we left!

My girlfriend and I visited Ganem to purchase a ring, and even though we aren't wealthy and are far from affluent, Ganem treated us warmly and as if we'd been shopping there for years. There's no air of pretentiousness, no arrogance. Other jewelers in the valley can be cold, especially if you aren't wealthy or they conclude quickly that you can't spend enough money, but we felt welcome at Ganem immediately. It's family-owned and operated, which I think makes a big difference. I don't think our experience is an exception either - I've seen how they interact with other new customers that walk in, and everyone is treated the same, with respect and patience. I can't recommend Ganem highly enough.
