Poor Customer Service
I have been a patient here for three years and experience the same issues every time: (1) Long wait before being called in (2) having to RE-fill out paperwork before every appointment (always told that they "need to update the files" even when nothing has changed since our last visit) (3) 3 people providing service - one takes the xrays, one does the cleaning and, finally, the dentist comes in (you have to wait at least 10 minutes after each portion of the service is done for a standard cleaning. (4) THEN, you are ushered back out to the waiting room to, well WAIT, until they are ready to have you pay the bill. The front office staff always appears bored. The last time I was there, I made an appt. for a routine cleaning. I arrived 10 minutes early, waited 15-20 minutes, was called in, waited another 10 minutes, had someone take my blood pressure and x-rays, waited another 10 minutes, the dentist came in and examined my teeth - THEN they tried to send me on my way to work. I angrily told them that I made an appt for a cleaning and they told me that I had to come in another time for that - there was no time that day! Are you kidding me?? The horrible part about this place is they really don't seem to care how inconvenienced you are. Not even a simple apology that a mistake was made in scheduling. They simply avoid eye contact. Unfortunately, we are stuck because it is the only option on our insurance plan. Ugh. If you have a choice, choose elsewhere.
