They don't do what they say
We started using this service when we bought our house. we are extremly unhappy. in the 2 years we have been in our house only once did they use the in wall system. we have spider webs all over our back porch, because they don't knock them down like the say they will. I have found the second black widow in our house in 3 months and they have in theory sprayed twice( at least they left a bill). we just changed to a company we used back home and had no problems with and was much less expensive

This company takes care of their customers...
I have used other pest companies in the past and since switching to HomeTeam we are so pleased...the have great customer service. Friendly people on the phone and knowledgeable staff. I happily and highly recommend HomeTeam Pest Defense!

The system does NOT work. In thoery it sounds great, but we had regular treatments from the time we moved into our brand new home and still had crickets, ear wigs, roaches and scorpions. I cancelled my service yesterday and am going back to Bryant Pest Control as I never had a problem with them and they were much less expensive.

The pest service from this company is great. The house has a system in the walls where they can use a valve outside and it sprays into the house. The service people do not need to come into the house to spray. This is fabulous as we are ...
