Well, I will never be going back to this, so called, place of business. The receptionist is a complete scatter brain. She is franticly worried about how you are going to pay your bill, if, insurance does not take care of the entire balance. So much so, that while sitting in the chair, you can expect to get a few visits from her, shoving projected bills in your face, and questioning your ability to pay. I don't like be treated like some low life that does not pay my bills. If you are so lucky to have a balance left over, beyond what insurance is willing to pay, and you will with the prices these people charge, you will get 4 friendly reminders a month, that they are gracious enough to charge you $5 billing charge for + $10 interest on a measly couple hundred dollar balance. This is all after dumping a couple thousand dollars into their pockets. Do your self a favor and move down the line to a more respectful dental office. You've been warned.
