Rude and incompetent
Bought a new roller for my machine. They installed a new belt, but said it was not warranteed. Ther belt broke after about five minutes of usage. The owner was so nasty I won't go back. The clerk was very nice and apologized.

Wow! Who'd of thunk?
Never seen a busier vacuum store and I see why. It's like a hidden gem amongst stores in the valley. Their prices are excellent, their people are savvy and knowledgeable. I got a great deal on a new vacuum and was able to bring in my mom's old sewing machine too. I don't say this much, but really love this place. You won't be disappointed, just go to see what I mean. I went into this store thinking that the vacuums were going to be more expensive than the big department store. I read the ad stating that they beat the competition, but I am always wary about advertising scams. I was pleasantly surprised when I found that they indeed do their homework and offer a lower price than the competition. I found the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.
