I wished I would have read the above review much sooner, I would have taken my car to someone else.
Not knowing any better and because of the location to my home I took my car in, this was just a tune up, was told it was going to take longer than originally promised, there were kids running around the office, not thinking anything of that, my car wasn't delivered when I was told it would be, upon returning to the shop towards the end of the day, still kids running all over the place, the mechanics were drinking beer while working on cars, and Jose the mechanic , who was also so proud to mention he was also an owner, looked a few sheets to the wind and told me the car wasn't fixed?????? I understand there are problems and things happen but more than a day for a tune up and oil change? One full day without a vehicle when I was told by the close of business I would have it, not to mention I got no phone call to say otherwise. I was told in person however that he would be more than happy to deliver it to me personally and maybe to make it up to me we could go out for dinner sometime.
UNPROFESSIONAL, he could have suggested something more business like.I picked up my car the next business day and shortly after that I had the same problem again with the car, called ,spoke to Jose and was told it couldn't be the tune up it was something else to bring it back and he would personally take care of the new problem. Not comfortable with that I took it to a different mechanic who informed me that my plugs and wires weren't changed only taken out and cleanded off, I was charged for all new stuff on this, as well as one of the belts I needed was not replaced at all, nor was the oil filter, there was new oil but no new filter.
What a RIP OFF, and a waste of money.
One Stop Auto and Diesel looks more like a flop house for vagrants and drunks than any kind of mechanic shop, and if someone like this Jose is an owner, its clear why the above review and myself get ripped off being female.

This is not a company I would EVER take a vehicle to, the reason being, they use used parts, charging the customer for new parts. They install faulty parts in hopes to bring the customer back for more business, so they can charge more money. If you happen to be female, one of the mechanics will be more than happy to do the job for more than monetary gain.
I had a written agreement on a vehicle I purchased from one of the owners and now the owner of the company is not standing by the agreement.
This is not a company that should be in business because they are frauding the public at large.
