After calling and specifically requesting a leaking valve be replaced, they came in banged and flipped the valve, then said they fixed it. They left without replacing it... less than 24 hours later our basement was flooded. When they came out and did the replacement and I asked what the office usually did under circumstances like this, the tech said, "Game on! Good luck getting any help with it from the company." Like it's a game. We have a $500 deductible, and I lost a week of work cleaning up. We lost things that couldn't be replaced by any insurance. The office has been NO help. They have insurance, but of course, they haven't even considered putting in a claim to help us out. They are horrible.
