Years ago i had a 455 pontiac built as soon as randy was paid he went from calling all time to never answering a single call i was told 2 months to build motor took 6 then over coarse of 5 years it was a nightmare of him ignoring me not returning calls or e mails they replaced head gaskets 5 times engine never ran for more 20 min the car would sit for months ever time they dude simple head gaskets i also had to remove motor myself 4 times they finally returned 2/3 of cost of motor after 5 years i was 17 at time and he fully took advantage of my ignorance don't buy into his nice attitude ansoon as he gets money he moves on to smother sucker they also kept 1500 dollars of my own parts i could never get him to return

I recently bought a Chevy 350-355HP and dropped it into my my restoration project; a 1939 Ford. I finally managed to get everthing done on the car and dropped the engine in. It runs perfect, idles great; and has more power than I expected. I feel I own a quality made engine built by a knowledgeable and skilled shop. I would highly recommend Phoenix Engine!

beware......check the better business bureau website. they have a grade of "F"....... very nice to me..untill the credit card cleared. took twice as long to receive then promised,engine hasnt run right yet. dealership says problem is internal. phoenix engines will not respond to calls or email from me or the dealership

As a retired police officer I most definately wanted to research the company that would custom build an engine for my 69 chevelle. Phoenix engine became my choice after I spoke with Randy and visited their website. They built me a 454 475HP and I could not ask for something more perfect. It does not purr it Roars and looks beautiful! They staff are friendly and on top of their game. I have and still do recommend them to all my friends and car lovers!
