I have used Pop-Ins' service for over 10 years in my home. For the last 3 years I have used Pop-Ins for move-in & move-out cleans in my real estate business. In all these years I have found Pop-Ins to be dependable and honest. Usually I am not home when the cleaning team arrives so Pop-Ins keeps a key to give the cleaning team the day of the service. Many times in my real estate business I provide a key to the office and the key has always been returned to me. I have found the cleaning teams to be professional and well trained. After service my home always smells so good. I don't know what I would do without them.

I love this company. They are always friendly and get the job done. Looking forward to many great cleans.

After about 4 months of average service we received a call our keys had been lost by Pop-ins. We still owed them for their most recent visit (about $115), because the cleaner who lost the keys...you guessed it, lost the check as well. They (pop-ins)said they were going to rekey my doors at their cost. I arranged a call between them an the locksmith. The work was done. However, they have NOT PAID THE LOCKSMITH as of 10/23/07 from a service in May 07 and I am now receiving bills from the locksmith too.

As a customer my time is valuable too. I had to make special arrangements to be there for their lock smith due to their error an inability to keep track of people's personal property. Roughly 3 hours was involved including set-up, wait time, and actual work time. I simply wanted to call it even but this company then (with total disregard for my time away from work duties and such) decided to take me to collections for the $115. I have been harassed and threatened by their collections agency. I explained my position on my time lost...but that is inconsequential apparently.

So now I am being billed by the locksmith for services to be paid by the vendor who lost my household keys...and the final payment that was due to them. This is the worst kind of company to do business with and I encourage all readers consider this before chosing this organization.

That said, make up your own mind on who you want to have free roam of your home.
