A business where customer service means ZERO
After telling me they could 'squeeze me in' for a tint on a Saturday morning, I hurriedly made the trek to their Central Phoenix location.

Upon my arrival while the guy at the desk checked me in, someone came in from the shop and whispered something to him. He then told me they wouldn't be able to get me in after all because they were short-handed, but that I was welcome to come in on Monday.
Needless to say, I left and found a window tint shop close to my house that actually stayed open late to finish my car. THAT'S the service I was hoping for.
Do you really want to do business with a company that has zero respect for your time and is not inclined to back its claims? What do you think they'll tell you when the film they installed begins to fade or turn purple?
Pros: Nice website, very nice on the phone
Cons: Totally inconsiderate of their customer's time, zero follow-through
