Really Clean has changed my mind about cleaning. I was very disappointed with carpet cleaners in general as I've tried several with poor results (and I know I'm not alone). It seemed to me that they just wanted to get in and out without concern for quality. I almost gave up on the whole thing, but my friend recommended Really Clean to me and I'm so glad I gave it another try. I couldn't believe how clean my carpets came out. They had so much knowledge of how to approach different problems. I even learned a bit in the process. Thanks to the Really Clean team!!

I felt the need to rate this business. I don't normally do this but this case is exceptional. The check boxes for service and quality were easy as it was easily the best carpet cleaning I have had. The value check box required some thought as Really Clean is not the cheapest but in the end, you get excellent value for your money. I thought I might have to replace the carpet soon because of the wear paths but now I don't because they are gone. That is value...
