I think this store is way overpriced also. There mark up is tremendous!! Salespeople have always been nice but who can afford this except the rich and famous.

I read the previous review of Relax the Back and the guy is clueless. People who shop at WalMart probably won't understand the value here. The store is staffed by experts for people who need real solutions for their back pain- not handheld massagers. I have spent over $15,000 in their stores over the years and have gotten great value for every $ spent there. The zero-gravity recliners are amazing, the office chairs are a must for geeks like myself and I wake up feeling great on my $8000 bed- my shoulder, hip and back pain is gone but comes back when I sleep on a variety of hotel beds around the world.

I think if a store teaches me what I need to know to make a good decision I have some obligation to do business with them.

This is the most over priced store I have ever been to in my life. The cord-powered back massagers started around $200. You can goto a Walmart or Target and get a similar model for half the price. This store also offers beds at an outrageous price. This store should be a last option for that hard to find gift.
