Sala Thai catered an event for us recently, and did an outstanding job. The event came up suddenly and we had 100+ guests and only 3 days to plan. Having eaten in the restaurant several times and always loving the food, we went by Sala Thai to see what they could do. We were immediately impressed by their organization, their willingness to take the time during the dinner rush to sit down with us and plan the entire event. They helped us pick items that would survive the trip from the restaurant to our home, and would still taste good several hours after the event had started. They were very specific about the things they would provide, and helped us make a detailed list of the things we would need to provide. When the cost estimate came back, it was lower than we had expected. If we were impressed by the planning, we were blown away by the implementation. After ordering the food for pickup, had to wait an additional 30 minutes only to find out that our order still wasn't ready. An hour for call in orders?? Simply ridiculous. Never Again will I go there.‎

Had the green curry with chicken. Best I have had in Phoenix. Can't wait to go back as their menu is very vast.‎

I try a lot of their items on the menu and everything tasted awesome. Everything is made right there and I specially recommend Won Ton Soup and Fried Banana Ice Cream!! (Home made ice cream too) Yum‎
