Be careful, these are bad people. Seems they have a habit of bullying people and making up lies to cover their aggressive sales tactics.
This company tries to give the impression that they are a company owned/franchise operation in different cities whereas in reality they are a telephone/internet operation that uses independent not licensed local individuals/small companies that they parcel jobs out to complete.
I was totally not prepared for this company. Over the phone i was given an estimate of approximately 45.00 per room and when he arrived i was told that it would cost me 299.00. He wrote up his report as if my carpet was heavily soiled with many permanent stains. my carpet is only a year old, we have no pets, and has small spots around the table. After debating both the price and the condition of the carpet he agreed to do it for only 198.00. When he was done i had wet carpet and the same dirty spots that i started with. after he left i went to the store and picked up a can of Resolve and the spots came right up. As if i wasn't upset enough...they used my water and my electricity to do the job. the machine was using so much energy that it caused my breaker to go out about 5-6 times. I would not recommend them to anyone!

We needed a quick carpet cleaning done before some guests came to town. When I called they were booked for the next few days, but the owner said he would come out himself and take care of us. NOW THAT IS GREAT SERVICE!! The carpets looked great and the price was great.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!! Mr. Azad quoted me a price for cleaning and appraisal of $120 per rug. I had a 6th rug I needed repaired where the colors were washed out. I explained this to Mr. Azad. He told me tea staining was a technique that would bring back the colors of the rugs and suggested some nice rug padding that would protect my rugs from wear and tear. I agreed. The amount he charged on my credit card was not the amount previously quoted for cleaning and appraisal - $700 plus the extra for padding and tea staining. He charged me close to $1700 for the cleaning and appraisals. I have not received the apprasails and the rugs looked uncleaned.The hall rug was not repaired and looked untouched. I paid $400 for the padding and got remnants of carpet padding put together with duct tape. The tea staining was $720. Not all the rugs were tea stained and the ones that were look uneven and dirty. The total bill -$2754. He made promises to deliver my rugs and did not show up or call. He would tell me my appraisals would be delivered but they never weren't. He told me the truck driver did not have the apprasails and they were at the store, but when we went to the store they were not there either. Then he said he had them and would deliver them the next day. His word cannot be trusted and franklly I am glad I got my rugs back at all. Horrible experience! I have two photos - you can see the edge of the rug is anything but clean and the custom padding I was promised for $67 was a bunch of remnants duct taped together

I can't tell you how they are at cleaning, because I never got to that point. Just based on the phone call I had with Jerry trying to set up the estimate/cleaning, I will not be spending my money with this company. Apparently you are penalized as a consumer if you only have one room to clean, instead of the 3 rooms they offer as a special for $99. Since my one carpeted room was 256 sq ft instead of 200, they want to charge a non-negotiable fee of $35. That put my total for 256 sq ft at $85 versus the $99 special for 600 sq ft. I'm sure that price is non-negotiable because they won't even come to your house if you don't spend more than $89.95. I understand pricing and minimums, but I also understand customer service and earning new business. They clearly didn't want mine, so I'll find someplace else to work with.

I called the company to tell them that they had over charged us for such a poor job, and instead of being apologetic the owner of the company starts yelling and screaming at me, calling me a liar, said I was trying to pull a scam on him and he hung up on me! Completely unprofessional. BE AWARE. SCAM RIP-OFF COMPANY.
