I just moved to Phoenix and I'm soooo glad I found this place. They have the best Japanese ramen in a rich and flavorful broth loaded with tender roasted pork. They also give you the thickest slices of sashimi----no skimpy portions here! The menu had so many authentic and delicious dishes that it was so hard to choose, but were truly satisfied with our pickings. I highly recommend the ramen on a cold winter night, it will warm you up for the rest of the night.

Outstanding! More authentic and delicious than RA(which was overrated, tiny potions and way too expensive, even for thios Californian). Great food, great price. We'll be back.

great food, great prices, pretty darn good selection of unique japanese dishes besides sushi and sashimi. I love the curry katsu and the bento boxes. Only drawback is if it gets busy you might be waiting for a seat and service.

At first sight the restaurant didn't seem like it would be very good. We decided to try the restaurant anyways since the concierege at the hotel we were staying at recommended it to us. It took a little while for anyone to seat us and we were close to leaving when we got seated. It's a good thing we stayed because the food was excellent! My dad and I were both surprised at the menu selection and how big it was. My dad ordered the sashimi combination which came with nearly 20 pcs of sashimi and only cost 11 dollars! The agedashi tofu is a must have for tofu lovers! They even have all the interesting japanese drinks such as Ramune soda and Calpico. The Green Tea ice cream was also delicious!
