Hello informed parents,

I have visited this day care twice in the past and both times have been confronted with only rudeness, hostility and the worst customer service I have come across in a long time anywhere and this was from the director of the center. Mind you, this was 2 different directors in 2 years time as well!

The staff there seems very stressed and overworked, including the director. The assistant director seems very nice and seems as though she wants to help but her hands are tied because of the director. With as much negativity as there is at the top, you can imagine how the staff feels...which only trickles down to your children. I had visited them once in the past and decided after 3 years to visit again and give them another look. I will never intrust my children to this facility ever. I recommend you check it out for yourself as well if you are on the fence about this place...or save yourself the trouble and stay as far away as you can from it. It needs a whole new director and staff. Don't waste your time and gas with this one.
