I went here to have my dreadlocks chopped off and she did a GREAT job! She spent 2.5 hours on my hair and I left a new woman. Instead of just chopping it off and giving me a pixie cut, she preserved as much length as possible and spent over an hour combing out the knots. I returned later to get my hair colored and she did an average job. My roots didn't match the rest of the color perfectly, but I was still pleased.

i like going to es urban because of the personal service that i get from her. they have a great place where you can go to and get great hair cuts. she gives me good hair maintenence tips and at the same time does a very good job cutting it. well maintained and clean hair store.
