I'll try to be fair so here goes,If you don't mind waiting 4 hours in the middle of the day with your kids just to be told your ticket just came in (shift change)30 minutes ago and don't try to argue your point because you will be rudely talked down to,and dont count on any contact even though there was an understanding to contact you when they finally get your vehicle because thank god a stranger stops to take you and your kids to a place to cool down and get water,they will just go to the drop location and since you first get an estimate to transfer money to the card at home you don't realize it's not even close so instead of calling you they just take your vehicle and drop your vehicle back on the side of the highway in the middle of the desert and I can't wait to see the care that was taken with it,good luck.And that is a nice building to only have one truck to service the east valley.
