Fantastic: Like the others, I found this company by looking at the reviews. This is my second time to use them and I wanted to take the time to leave my input. I had an emergency (all my toilets and sinks were backing up)and I called them around 6:00 a.m. on a Monday morning. They came out shortly after and fixed the problem within a short period of time and the bill was half of what any other company would have charged. I was obviously in a vulnerable situation and as a typical female, I don't know anything about plumbing. I would have paid anything to have this problem fixed. This company could have taken advantage of me but they didn't. They are so reasonable that I ended up having them do some other non-emergency things such as switching out all my sink drains.

Honest, Dependable and definitely Reliable!: John and West Coast Plumbing are reliable, experienced, friendly and a no job is too small kind of company. I had bought from a local place a water heater and water softener. They did not have time to do the install, they were in the middle of a major move. So I went looking on the Internet and I saw West Coast Plumbing had a few 5 star reviews. I called and John came out that same evening for a free estimate. The next day he came out and did the install and saved me about $400 dollars. If I had not seen and read the reviews I probably would not have chosen West Coast Plumbing. The reason I chose West Coast IS because of the reviews. They were all positive. And that is why I am leaving one, so others will know that there still are honest, trustworthy and hardworking people out there. 2 thumbs up for West Coast Plumbing!!
