Over heating
Wayward Traveler: I am from Phoenix, but live in Santa Fe. I recently drove an older vehicle into town to give to my son. On the way in, it overheated. I arrived at 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday. I pulled out the Yellow Pages and called Westside. Not only was the owner nice, and asked all the right questions, but saw me that day and fixed the radiator that day, in 114 degree heat. On the way home, I smelled gas. I called him to ask him if it was the smell of the new radiator and he had me come back in, had his mechanics stay late and fix the problem. One of his mechanics had hit a vent hose while doing the repair and he knew it. 20 minutes later, I was on my way. He never made excuses, never belittled me, never acted like it was my problem. He took full responsibility, was pleasant and respectful. This experience easily dispells all negative ideas of mechanics. I highly recommend Westside Radiator.
