Once seated in the chair for 1st exam, someone came with a credit application for me to sign right then and there. I refused to sign. They took 17 x-rays. Then when the dentist came in she took pictures without telling me this was going to take place, even though we had just gone over x-ray results. These picutres were added to the charges of the visit were completely unnessesary. Im 40+ and had old metal braces in my youth so I know what cavity looks like on x-rays. I didn't need additional "proof". After the first visit my allowable dental insurance ($1000) was nearly used up at that point. I paid over $400 out of pocket for a deep cleaning because my allowance I had left did not cover this and this was after several sevices that they perform with a deep cleaning were not performed when I questioned the cost. I will never return to this office.
