I want to suggest Wireless Toyz on Cave Creek and Bell Roads for any wireless needs you have. My son opened up his Iphone to replace the screen and broke the screen in the process. I took the phone to this store on a recommendation from my other son and I am so happy I did. I will return for any of my cell phone needs. Sean, the new owner, is great at customer service and also services the phones himself. His whole crew were friendly and very helpful. Thanks Sean Farida!!!

My cell phone decided to take a 10 minute dip in my pool. Verizon, other places said it was toast. After soaking it in rice for a few days, I gave it one last ditch effort & went to Wireless Toyz seeking help. It is ALIVE & KICKING!!! Thanks to Sean (owner)George (manager) & the other guys for making a believer out of me! Once my long standing contract runs out, I'm going to explore other options in cell phones & WIRELESS TOYZ on CAVE CREEK ROAD in Phoenix AZ is where I'll start. Thanks Guyz!!

I paid for a cell phone unlock code that was never given to me. My many telephone messages and emails requesting reimbursement were never answered. A very shady "business". This was the Eastern Ave., Henderson, NV store. Avoide it.

I bought a used phone that was suposed to be fully flashed. It was not. I had to get the phone fixed and waited over a month and 16 visits to the store and never got the parts to fix it. They gave me a New phone instead which crashed and is ruined with in 6 months of having it It was a referbished phone they told me was new. They are liars, crooks....and have the worst customer service i have ever delt with. I also paid for parts and never recieved them or got a call back. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and to there corporate office. I advize never to go there.
