Best Yoga in the Valley

My Yoga Phoenix experiences elevate my spirit and help me guide my way consciously in life. The teachers are clear and speak to my heart and soul. After leaving class I feel uplifted, calm and happy. I like the Indian influence, its great! Sometimes there is beautiful singing in the backround and wafts of delicious smelling food in the air. It is truely a UNIQUE and authentique yogic experience. I hIghly recommend it.

Exceptional teachers; healing setting; transformational!

Have attended Yoga Phoenix classes and Kundalini Yoga Teachers Training for over a year. The teachers excel in what they do, are very passionate and caring about this technology. Fall class schedule shows 3-4 classes daily, convenient times, central location. Kundalini Yoga Teachers Training scheduled for early 2007. Great place to meet like-minded souls to share and recommend powerful tools, i.e. diet, resources, etc. to enhance the life and spiritual well-being.
