"A place for all boating and sailing needs."I have been a customer of this West Marine store for many years. Rarely did the need arise where a desired item had to be store ordered. This is a well stocked store. The store manager, Ken, is very personable and immediately available to assist or answer questions. I would highly recommend a visit to this store.

"so so"A friend of mine from out of town went in here looking for things for his boat. The selection was low and the customer service was not that great. They were too busy chatting on the phone about personal things rather than helping the customer.

"Worst Boat Store Ever!!"If you are smart, you'll stay away from Marine Max in Tempe, AZ. I have had annual services done to my beautiful boat at this place. Right after, my boat 496mag was running very hot (about 10hrs later). I took it to a new mechanic who was recommended to be very honest, an reasonable.
