"Poor Service"Had to make repeated phone calls, some of the staff seems to have no knowledge of what they are doing. You get different answers to the same question. I paid them over 2 weeks ago, and all they have to do is fax a paper. With all the out of state phone calls I had to make, it might have been cheaper to fly there, get the paper, and fax it myself.

You will have to keep calling them and if the matter is not straight forward, they just abandon you in the middle of nowhere. They pretend to be professional debt collectors but that is not true.
