"POOR SERVICE! DOESN"T FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!!!!"This company has VERY poor service!
1. Granite installation was to be completed on the 20th, I had to call on the 20th after nobody contacted me and had to argue to to get them to show up a day late. Who knows how long it would have taken had I not called.
2. One of my backsplashes cracked in half and the installers glued them together instead of replacing the piece.

"Poor customer service"The sales people will promise you anything and then they don't deliver, and they claim that they never knew that there was a problem. Only expect headaches not a business trying to make the customer happy. Then they will threaten you with liens on your property (even when the work wasn't completed) and play games. Don't see how they expect repeat customers.
