They don't get patients glasses when they break them or lose them. They give family members the run around but they make sure they collect the money.They won't get my aunt replacement glasses. Someone stole all the clothes we brought and labeled the box and all the clothes with the patient's name on it. They won't take her to her Bank which is just around the corner from the facility.
